We are driven by a passion for our warmwater species and the love of chasing them. Warmwater Anglers is a guide service dedicated to providing clients with unforgettable days on the water. With nearly 20 years of guiding experience, we utilize time-tested, proven, and productive programs to give you the best possible experience. We run guide trips for Smallmouth Bass, Carp, Musky, and Pike, and also offer streamer trips for Brown Trout on the Mad River.

Fly fishing isn't just a hobby. For many of us, it's a lifelong pursuit, and a great fly cast is the foundation of it all. I've learned that everyone has something to gain from focused, personalized coaching built around your goals and challenges. I break down the foundational mechanics of fly casting in a way that is easy to understand, and with the right guidance, patience, and practice, anyone can become a better fly caster.
ABOUT PAT KELLY
Pat's professional career began in 2008, teaching and guiding anglers to unique experiences and opportunities that very few were aware of at the time. He has also been fortunate to spend a lot of that time traveling and fishing in many different environments around the world, bringing a unique perspective to our local fisheries. Pat has a genuine passion for teaching and sharing what he know with others, and finds great satisfaction in showing people a side of Ohio most never knew existed.
ABOUT KATIE JOHNSTONE
Katie discovered fly fishing in 2018 while on a trip to Alaska. That trip sparked a lifelong passion and a new path in life. When she returned, she immersed herself the sport. Katie quickly built her knowledge on Ohio's Smallmouth and Carp rivers and became very involved with the local community. She loves nothing more than sharing fly fishing with others, whether she's guiding on the water or teaching women's casting lessons, clinics, and fly tying classes.
